The platform
GIYUS is not the brand of a research site. It is a platform brand — a hub-and-spoke holding whose first physical asset is the reference site.
We exist to mobilize the ecosystem that accelerates patient access to new treatments.
We turn scientific excellence into execution capacity — management, quality, technology, business development and talent, operating at maximum speed inside absolute rails of ethics and regulatory compliance.
A network of clinical research sites with equity participation, a shared services platform, proprietary study management software and continuous training through GIYUS Academy.
“Mobilize” is not a tagline: it is the GIYUS proprietary verb and the foundation of all our language.
For GIYUS, to mobilize means to connect, structure, accelerate, integrate and scale every actor in clinical research: investigators, sites, sponsors, technology, talent and knowledge.
GIYUS does not mobilize science itself — it mobilizes everything science needs to move forward. Science is the investigator's exclusive territory, with full autonomy guaranteed by contract. Our language never suggests that GIYUS leads, directs or replaces our partners' scientific work.
GIYUS comes from the Hebrew giyus (גיוס): mobilization, call-up, enlistment — the act of gathering and organizing people and resources around a mission. The brand's strategic territory is embedded in the name itself.
Official pronunciation: ghee-oos — with a hard G, as in “guide”.
GIYUS is organized mobilization in the service of life — people, knowledge and technology called up to accelerate new treatments.
GIYUS is the parent brand of the entire ecosystem. Every unit, product or program derives from it.
When we integrate an operating site, its name and track record in CRO databases are part of the asset. Rebranding on day one would destroy value. That is why the transition has three phases, driven by triggers — never by the calendar.
Phase 1 — Endorsement
Site X — a GIYUS company
Fully preserves the track record in CRO databases. It runs from acquisition until full integration into the platform: SOPs, systems and QA.
Phase 2 — Co-dominance
GIYUS | Site X
Begins once the site's metrics match the network standard and sponsors re-select it under that standard. The network brand starts adding measurable commercial value.
Phase 3 — Absorption
GIYUS Research Center | location
When the network brand is worth more than the local brand to CROs and sponsors. The calendar is a target; the triggers are law.
